The main floor boasts an expansive living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a cozy dining area with plenty of room for everyone to gather, share meals, and laugh into the evening.

Upstairs in the loft, you’ll find two private queen bedrooms, perfect for those looking for a peaceful retreat. On the main floor, the spacious master King bedroom and the family-style bedroom—complete with an attached bathroom—offer relaxed and comfortable accommodations for the rest of your group.

Whether you're soaking up the sun or enjoying quality time indoors, Sunny Daze is ready to welcome you.

Spacious and pet friendly, it's a perfect space for up to 4-6 adults, with a twin over twin bunkbed for kids.

Our 'kids' area, located in the 'loft' space, features a giant bean bag chair, futon and retro gaming console, perfect for keeping the kids entertained.

House is a 3 minute walk to the lake & about a 5 minute walk to the Village Center where you’ll find Restaurants, Ice Cream, Convenience Store and the Adventure Park and Waterslides.

Great spot to relax, enjoy and make memories at the lake!

At Sunny Daze, we understand the importance of providing our guests with a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The upper two floors and the deck off the dining room are reserved for guest use only.

There is a quiet, full time tenant residing in the basement suite, but rest assured that your private living space is separate and secure. To ensure privacy for all parties, please be advised that the side and back area of the house are off limits to guests.

Please note: This home has no accessible yard space.

Please be considerate as most homes are occupied by year round residents.

SMOKING/VAPING is NOT permitted in or on the property.

Cultus Lake Park is a Smoke-Free Community.

There is room for 2 guest vehicles (depending on size) in the driveway.

**No trailers, RV's or campers allowed in front of the property.

(2 virtual parking permits are included with your reservation for the duration of your stay)

PLEASE NOTE: The lower level garage on site is not for guest use but may be accessed during your stay by Property Management staff members. With any access we aim to be quiet and discreet.

The home is accessed via 'Self-Check-in' however the host is available for your questions or needs and can be reached via the App or by text message to the number provided after booking.

Please allow up to 2 hours for a response. If urgent assistance is required it is best to message via text or call.

If you encounter any discrepancies or concerns upon check in please contact your host at the earliest convenience.

No RV's or Trailers are permitted.

Parking within Cultus Lake Park is limited and strictly managed. No parking is allowed in front of any homes other then the property being rented. There are 'PERMIT PARKING ONLY' areas in the Park, primarily along Sunnyside Blvd, within the trees, where REGISTERED vehicles may park. There are a few Residential Permit parking spaces that may be utilized as well if free.

Any vehicle towing a trailer must be parked in the treed Permit Parking area and trailers MUST remain ATTACHED to the vehicle at all times to avoid a fine.

All guest vehicles must be registered with your host upon or prior to check in to avoid any possible fines. Any fines received are the responsibility of the guest.

Day, Pay Parking is in effect in the pay lots and shopping plaza.

Please Note: Hours of operation for the Local Businesses vary depending on the time of year and season.

Please be sure to check Local Attraction & business websites you are interested in visiting directly for their schedules to avoid disappointment.

FYI: There is no 'Guest' boat moorage available at Cultus Lake. Buoys on the water are privately owned. All docks are public use and passenger "Drop Off" areas only. If you are travelling with your boat, there are areas it can be parked in as long as it remains attached to a vehicle that has been registered for a parking permit with the Cultus Lake Park. (check with host for details)
